Best brewery tours in the greater Denver area?

I am looking for recommendations for breweries to visit in the Denver/Boulder area, and possibly Ft. Collins. Right now I am planning on hitting Coors, Great Divide, Boulder Beer and possibly Breckenridge. If I make it to Ft. Collins, it would be New Belgium and maybe A-B.

Any feedback on these or other breweries is appreciated

BTW, are bars/brewpubs in Colorado smoking or non-smoking? When I pay top $$$ for a draft, I want to taste it on my palate and not other peoples' poor lifestyle choices.
