All,

Bellow is my Recipe I am going to brew this weekend. I wanted to see if there is any advice. I am probably going to use S-04, since I haven't prepared a starter. I am using US-2 Row because that is what I have. I tossed in some Munich to help out and get a Marris Otter flavor (I know there is no substitute).

I am using 1 oz of Williamette and EKG each as flavor aroma additions and wanted some advise as to whether or not I am over doing it with the hops. I want a little more hop/flavor aroma than in a typical best bitter, but I don't want to over due it. I think I might also dry hop with Chinook.
