Belgian wit and Belgian style wit??

Making this recipe this weekend split into two 5g batches one with s-05 and the other wlp-400. would the one with s-05 be considered a Belgian "style" wit an the wlp-400 a Belgian Wit??

I'd think the wit made with s-05 would not really be true to style because the wit yeast is part of what gives the style its character, but not sure what style it would fall into. That said, it would be interesting to taste the differences between the 2 batches with different yeast. I'm willing to take samples...:mug:
 
I wasn't sure of it classified as a wit so thought i would ask. So its a american wheat with orange and spice i guess..
