Working to use up some of the stuff I have on hand. I've been on a bit of a Belgian kick lately and am looking to brew something lighter to go with my saison for the summer. Thinking a Belgian wheat sounds tasty.

I've got 3787 for yeast and Pacifica for hops. Those two should give me the Belgian notes and a nice orange-y flavor/aroma I'm looking for. However, I'm stuck on the grain bill.

Any suggestions or should I just grab a wit recipe and roll with it?

This one i cooked up turned out good for a belgian. Maybe something like this that I did last month:

6.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) Grain 48.98 %
3.50 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 28.57 %
1.50 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 12.24 %
1.25 lb Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM)
