Not sure how strictly you're trying to adhere to style, but my first recommendation is to drop the chamomile, orange zest, and Wakatu hops. Other than that, in my opinion, the recipe looks pretty sound. Really my only recommendation would be to drop a bit of the 2 Row and add a pound or two of Candi syrup (maybe 1lb D45 and 1lb D90), and up your bittering addition slightly to hit ~15-20 IBUs.
