I have two scrumptious beers demanding to be yeast dredged.

I have a Koningshoeven Tripel and an Avery Salvation. Do either of these beers use a proprietary strain or are they both available from Whitelabs / Wyeast? I cultured an Avery Nineteen and it was just WLP550, so no biggie there.

If its the same as what you can buy, I won't bother. But if its a unique yeast, I'll culture it.

Anyone done it?

Edit -- I mean "done it" as in done it from either of these beers. I have cultured other beers, but was just curious if these were worth doing. Scratch the Avery. I just drank it and found it to be kind of bland.

Don't know about the Avery never had it but La Trappe is bottled with yeast in the bottle.
