I got a gift of Belgian beer sampler of abbey ales/amber ales (Augustijn, Bornem, Piraat and Golden Dragon, etc), and having a hard time finding what is the proper serving temperature. What should it be, per main types?

Stuff I found read: "..Blond , Triple and Golden beers seem to favor lower serving temperatures, while the darker beers favor room temperature." and another refers to 50 deg.F.

I also read they can be left alone to age, correct?

If these are all on the stronger side (6% ABV and more) than that is what I would recommend 50-55F (12-14F). That way, you can taste most of the compounds.
