Sat in the fermenter from Dec 24 til today. Most of the time in my freezer/fermenter at about 65*F and for the last few days at about 74*F as I needed room in the freezer so I put it in a fridg set as warm as it cold go.
To many people are in a rush. Get your pipline going so you have plenty to drink and remember "Time is your friend and your beer will be crystal clear. "
