This has been in the planning stages for a long time. No thanks to my past place of employment, I recently had the time to start putting the new brew trailer together. This project was done on budget and without any of the neat tools that Yuri has(so jealous). No offense intended Yuri, you have mad skills. All comments, including "You suck"(I know there will be some) are appreciated.

Ready to roll. All kegs are bolted to square frames and hinged on the outside. thanks for the idea Bobby_M. there is a jack on all four corners for leveling of the rig regardless of surface its on. Sheet metal was installed under the brew frame for easy cleanup of occasional boilovers. The BATF can attest to what occasional means.

Beirmuncher is not the only one that can do ghetto. Here I used a piece of rain gutter as pump shielding. This was the easiest part of the whole project, thin aluminum cuts and drill so easy. The electric cords will go under the trailer for the present until the money begins to flow again. Then it will be boxed with automated burner control. Pump control will still be manual, after all I will need something to do other than watch the BBQ. The gas manifold will change at that time also.

Space for the BBQ pit I mentioned. I already have it just need another week to figure mounting and do it. The space up by the keggles will hold my motorized grain cart for transport. It will be moved off the trailer before burner lighting.

Burner and shield combo. Yes, that is a cornie cut up for shielding. LHBS gave me one that had a hole in it. I got all three shields out of one keg.

Tippy dump in action. All credit for the idea goes to Bobby_M.

Hlt side. Water filter base mounted near the hlt. the base will have a tee going into the filter so I will have a hose for filtered water(brewing) and a non filtered hose for washing.

This final shot is what it will look like from my lawn chair. The jacks will be down but you get the idea. 10 minute setup and I'm hoping for less than 20 min cleanup.
This is still a work in progress but since its now usable I thought a bit of porn was in order. For those who were expecting brew babes from the title, stay out of my gallery.

You suck....that thing rocks, nothin like pulling up to someones house and saying....dude , let's brew !!!

hats off for the design:mug:

As much as I would love to take it to each one of your houses, them little 8" wheels can barely make it across town. Yoop I thought I finally had the chance to meet you last Saturday at an open brewery party. When I went up to introduce myself, I realized you had grown taller or it wasn't you. Sad to say it wasn't you. If you ever do make it down here to hell, we will have to brew, my treat.

beerthirty's next post..... "Anyone know how to clean bugs off an MLT?"

In case it hasn't been mentioned, you suck!
Already been thought of. It will travel with garbage bags over the keggles. This will also keep other drivers safe from curbing themselves when they got to take another look. Found that out this morning on my way to DMV for trailer registration. The guy at DMV fell for "its a giant expresso machine".:D

First,
Suckage level is WAY over the top.

Second,
I'm leaving Saturday for the inlaws in Mesa. Planning any brewing during the week? I'll pony up for some grain and good retail brew. Can I come escape and look at all the beautiful brew porn for a while? Please? Save a man from his own family here!!!!

tipi and Teufel, always looking forward to meeting new members. I have 3 AC jobs next week but let me see what can be rearranged and scheduled without losing the work. I will pm both of you by Sat. Showed off to my LHBS today and he wants me to setup in the parking lot as a customer draw. I have a lot of bucket cleaning to do. Been putting that off to get the rig usable.

Lets see... I have a truck with a trailer hitch and now your license plate number...hmmmm. JK, I do bet that would blow the minds of drivers on the highway. Especially if it was in action at 70 MPH. Could be a record attempt in there somewhere. Fastest Beer Ever Brewed!!

Oh, by the way...you suck!!

I love this idea! What a great marketing ploy. Make the brew semi decent and you would be able to sell the **** out of it.

It's about time you finished that thing. I expect to see it in action on 5/2 at the Eagles. It is a thing of beauty.

Jealousy is so ugly, so, I must look like my face caught on fire and someone put it out with a track shoe, Yes, yes, you suck.
Awesome rig already, by the way manual everything is the way to go to make it truly portable. JMO.

Everyone else seems to have summed it up well.

I could say that you are a genius mastermind of epic proportions and that I bow in the shadow of your infinite greatness, but instead I'll just go with.....

YOU SUCK!

Hmmm, automated ignition, pump and valve control, motorized mill and conveyor to get grist into mash tun, dedicated touch screen controller with IR interface, ahhh the possibilities this system has, whats overkill?.

Technically this is now called trailerbrewing. :)

HA ha... I hope your not calling him names. :)
BTW that is a sweet set up. I thought I've seem them all... way to prove us wrong.

Yooper PM I'm wondering where up there you live. We have a camp up there by Gould City.

aslo since its a cool thing to do on this and to you.
YOU SUCK. :drunk:

Semi decent? Even the beers of mine that I think suck are gobbled up by the masses.

Uh...........................Cobalt?
Yep and a class 1 hitch.:D It wont pull much but the brew trailer.

I'll be there, BBQ may not be on it but I'll be brewing.

Looks to be all operated from the ground, will the BBQ pit be the same?
Yes it will. I built single tier to avoid climbing, why mess up my laziness.

A long long time ago in a galaxy far far away.... I have a dream that all brew trailers would be treated equally. ;)

I will be satisfied with automated ignition with temp control and the mill cart. I'm not sure how I would go about rigging solid plumbing with valve control and still make it easy for the tippy.

Nice to finally see this thing that I've been hearing about! Excellent work, and I, too, look forward to seeing it in action...:mug:
