Beersmith Question?

I just downloaded the trial. Where are all of the ingredients? There must be a stock set of grains, hops, yeast etc. to choose from like with promash right?

You don't actually have to go through and add all the different things right?

I've really been messing around with it but what am I missing? I can't find any ingredients that are pre-loaded into the program.

When you start a new recipe, on the right hand side of the screen, there are buttons for "add grain," "add hops," etc.
