Fermenting Wort Gravity VS Finished Beer ABV/OG

Which calculation would you all recommend I select to find out if my beer is done fermenting?

Warped - Thanks for your quick response. I don't understand what you mean by Final Gravity Estimate...

I have estimated my FG to be ~1.012. In Beersmith's Refractometer Tool menu, should I select "Fermenting Wort Gravity" and "Finished Beer ABV/OG" to determine what my SG is right now?

Oh you are using a refractometer. That's why I couldn't find that. I don't use a refractometer, so I'm going on the fly.

The Fermenting Wort Gravity uses the OG and a refractometer to estimate your SG. The finished Beer ABV/OG uses both the hydrometer and refractometer to get your "Beer properties."

I'd just bust out the hydrometer and get your gravity correct for temperature and see if you are near your target SG (1.012). If you really want to make me envious and use your fancy little refractometer :p I'd use fermenting wort (that way you don't have to bust out your hydrometer). But I'd use it only as an estimate.
