Attaching 3 BeerSmith xml files. These are BYO equipment profiles for entering recipes from BYO and then tweaking to our equipment.

I've discovered BYO recipes sometimes have a 75 minute boil. (I suspect the 60 minute boils are actually longer than 60 minutes as we normally don't consider the boil as beginning until after the protein break.) Anyways, here's the BYO 75 minute BeerSmith profile.
