Beer tastes watered down

Irsh red ale recipe kit that I have done beforeand never had a probem.I tasted it while racking to the secondary and tastes watered down. The only thing different was I used a bigger burner, passed brews were on the stove this boil was hotter. I could have added to much water to thr fermenter but if I did just a little. Just worried me a little

Nothing to worry about. All uncarbonated beer tastes watery.

+1 on giving it time. we've all made beer, thought "oh crap, this isn't right", and it ends up great
