When pouring beer from the keg the first 1/4 to half beer taste bad and is not carbonated? This didn't happen before but now it always does. I've replaced the lines and do clean the equipment but no change. I keep the kegs and lines in a mini fridge and the co2 canister on the outside. What's the deal?

I’ve built 3 kegerators over the past 15 years. The last one exhibited the same thing you’re explaining. I changed to evabarrier lines and both the flavor and flat beer issues were resolved instantly. My bet is on the beer lines.

edit: I think new lines can taste worst than old ones.
