Has anyone come up with a chart or something to reference what kind of category your ber would fall into based on ingredients and IBUs and etc?

ex: my beer was brewed with type of grain, and this many of this type of hops. etc etc.... so by the chart its an IPA

That would be really hard to do. If you use identical grain & hop bills and ferment one with an ale yeast and one with a lager yeast, you're going to get two very different beers. There are enough variables with just grain, hop, and yeast choices to make creating a chart with all of the permutations an almost impossible task.
