Anyone using Blichmann 30 gal kettles and Beer Smith? Would you mind sharing your equipment profile?

thanks,

I have the 20 gal Blichmann pots and am looking for the same. I can't seem to find anything anywhere so far. I'm sort of surprised they are not already in the default profile options.

Hmmm... I'm not optimistic either - I have the same issue myself (30 gal). Trying to get a brew day going for Saturday... If not, may have to calculate w/10gal and extrapolate out the results? I'm sure not everything would step up, but at least liquid measurements should (mash, sparge, etc.)?

Brad Smith forwarded me the following information that John Blichmann sent him. The weight does not include the thermometer, which shouldn't play into the thermal properties of the pot. The valve and level gauge are included in the weight:

10G = 13.35 lbs/ 0.13G dead space
15G = 16.20 lbs/ 0.19G dead space
20G = 19.25 lbs/ 0.22G dead space
30G = 23.55 lbs/ 0.28G dead space
55G = 32.35 lbs/ 0.50G dead space

I have a 20g Blichmann pot that I use for my boil pot. Anyone have those settings that they can share?

It's in the post right before yours:

15G = 16.20 lbs/ 0.19G dead space
20G = 19.25 lbs/ 0.22G dead space
30G = 23.55 lbs/ 0.28G dead space
55G = 32.35 lbs/ 0.50G dead space
