Wanted to throw this recipe out and see if there is anything I should be looking out for.

I'm not sure about the Magnum hops with the Simcoe/Amarillo blend. The Magnum hops were from a recipe I never got around to and I need to use them before they go bad.

Looks good! I wouldn't worry about the magnum/simcoe combination - the 60 minute bittering hops are pretty flexible in my experience, you can use a variety of high alpha acid hops at that point.

Another option would be to take your 20 minute amarillo addition and add it at 5 minutes, so you have 60, 20, 5 and dry hop additions.

That's a good idea. My experience with Simcoe/Amarillo has always been a 50/50 addition at the same times. It will be a fun experiment.

Also, I'm a little bit worried that I have too much Crystal 120 for the low alcohol and gravity. I may actually make this is a smaller batch and increase the gravity so that the Crystal is more fitting.

Not sure if you have any thoughts on this.

Thanks again.
