Hi men !
This is the end of the brew season, as u know, here in Italy we r almost in Africa, so it's too hot to continue brewing.
At the end of the season u have a lot of grains that they r not enought do to a certain recipe but they r enought to do something !
So i'm trying to reclice and i would like to know, what u thing about my recipe:
16,5 kg pils
4 kg CARA HELL
1,7 kg wheat
0,8 kg cristal 150L
3/4 kg sugar
Mash design :
10' a 55°
15' a 62°
45' a 69°
15' a 78°
Hops :
@60' 160gr hersbruker - 70gr tettnanger
@20' 100gr tett
@20' 250gr orange peel
what do u think about it ? any tips ?
