I am on my second bach of beer I enjoy.
It is Pilsner malt extract with about 25-30 IBU bittering, pitch with a "Belgian" dry yeast (Safbrew T-58). SG 1.051 -- estimated final about 1.014. I am expecting 4.5 ABV.
I like calling it a Belgian, but it does not have the ABV to really be classifed as such though it has some of the flavour. Spciy, clove etc. But a Belgian "Specialty" means "anything".
So what is the style of my beer?
