Im converting my kegerator to Ball valves and the beer lines are 3/16 inside diameter and most barbs are 1/4. Ive ordered 2 sets and they are not correct and wont fit. Is there somewhere like a local store I can look to find them or should I just upgrade the lines to a larger size?

If your 3/16" ID beverage line is similar to the ones I've used, I would heat the end of the 3/16" line in a cup of hot water (microwave "beverage" setting hot) for 20-30 seconds, then push onto the 1/4" barb. The result is a tight force fit that won't pull off and won't need a clamp.
