Beer Freezing

Just an FYI, beer freezes rather fast at -25. IPA slushy it is. It only took 25 min.

Thanks for the tip. Fortunately I live in Texas, so my beer is more likely to boil than freeze.....

It tasted pretty good, except that the yeast came off the bottom of the bottle, past the ice, which of course created a musical masterpiece during the night.

Yup around 35mins at 17 degrees lol.

Our a fermentation bucket out to start the cold crash. But at 25-27 it didn't freeze and cold crash was awesome.
