Beer Bread
3 cups of self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
12 oz of beer
3/4 to(or) 1 cup flaxseed meal

Preheat to 375
Sift together flour, sugar, and flaxseed
Add beer (pour slowly) Mix well
Grease 9 by 5 baking pan. Bake 60 min.

great with salted sweet cream butter!
 
Try this:

Malted Barley Bread
1-1/4 c flour
3/4 c spent steeping grains
1/3 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c melted butter
1 egg
3/4 c milk

Bake in a 9x13 pan at 400F about 20 mins or until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
