This pale ale was one of the first all grain beers I ever brewed. It's a good recipe.

I need a brew to recalibrate, and this sound right down my alley. I ordered 5lbs of hops from HopsDirect last week too, and they threw in a free pound of 2023 Cascade, so that's how I stumbled upon this.

Funny, I'm in the exact same boat. Been brewing for 17 years, and am in a slump where I have brewed 3 or 4 batches that have been really bad. I decided I need to get back to basics, and this was one of the first beers I brewed when I started in 2007.
