I feel pretty good right now. Starting at 5 I left for the LHBS. It's about 11:30, and I have bottled 5 gal of Sleepy Kelpie stout, moved my pale ale to secondary and began the dry hop, and just put the fermenter away full of fresh wit. All in all a good night if I do say so myself!

I LOVE productive days. The other day I bottled 2 batches, brewed 2 batches, moved one to secondary, stared at my apfelwein, and cultured/washed my first yeast! Not to mention I drank alot!
