I already made my controller last year, pictures to follow when I get back from deployment, but I changed my mind on the setup. I am now thinking of doing an Electric Brew In A Bag setup using stainless steel mesh cloth inside a Bayou Classic Steamer Pot. My question to those that have done this before it how much room is there in the bottom of the pot underneath the steamer basket? I've seen some do it with these kettles but have not seen how much room is available. I am planning on using a 102 qt/25.5 Gallon pot to do 15 gallon batches. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Still plenty of time to plan as I am floating around on the ocean.

Thanks,
Chris

On the 62q classic there is about 3.5 inches. There is plenty of space above and below the element. I'm sure the larger pot will have more space.
