Wife got me the Blichman 20 gallon boilermaker for Xmas and I haven't had a chance to brew since the birth of our 2nd child in January. My concern is I'm trying to brew 10 gallon batches on a 21 inch tall Bayou Classic burner, and I'll need to start with almost 15 gallons of liquid depending on the recipe. With the larger kettle and weight of sugar solution, can this burner support the weight?

According to the BC site, it's rated for 60 Qt, so I'd think you'd be fine.
