I have all the ingredients for a Belgian wit beer, but my LHBS got in a Bavarian Wheat smack pack, Wyeast #3056. Will it work? Anyone tried this? I'm using the recipe in Joy of Homebrew, "Who's in the garden Cru", if that helps. Thanks.

I will work fine, but it likely won't be the same type of flavor as a witbier yeast. If you haven't already picked up the 3056 then I refer you to this.
Yeast strain suggestions are at the bottom.
Good luck
