Batch vs Fly (Continuous) Sparging: Why I Batch Sparge

Thought I'd solicit some additional commentary from members of this forum on my latest vlog about why I prefer batch sparging over fly sparging:

When I sparge it's batch sparge, but I have converted my system to a two-vessel no-sparge. Any interes in that option?

I batch sparge without heating water, just dump stir and drain. Takes a little longer to get to a boil than if I had heated my sparge water but I like simplicity.

I batch sparge. I've done it since I started all grain, about 10 batches now. I do heat my sparge water during the mash. My efficiency has been in the low 80s.
