A fellow Alaska brewer traded a few beers and this is his IPA. Marris Otter, a little crystal, and some cascade i believe.

Hell of a beer Barry! This is my kudos to you.

Well it's not my recipe but i can get it from Barry. The only thing i know is that he used Marris Otter and crystal. The hops he finished with were cascade but i don't know what he used to bitter or flavor. I'll find out.

It's an amazing beer. It had a medium high body and a full mouthfeel. It had the best malty base on any IPA i have ever had. There was slight caramel sweetness with a bit or raisin (like a barleywine would). He might have used just a touch of special B. And the hops were very big grapefruit and almost that of a grape juice. I don't mean that in a bad way!! You could not tell the alcohol like you can with some IPAs. I'll work on getting the recipe to post.
