I'm currently using 30 feet of barrier tubing @ 12-14 PSI for my regular taps, which achieves a great pour.

From what I have read it seems that the beergas should be set at 30 PSI (my restrictor plate is stamped 30) in order to achieve the right cascade, but there must be a target PSI:beer line ratio or something, no?

Should I start with 30 ft of barrier tubing and trim off as necessary? Do I start with a shorter line and a low PSI and bump up the PSI as needed?

Cheers!
