Can I, after 1st fermentation put my beer into a pressure barrel for 2nd fermentation/conditioning/carbonisation, then transfer from the tap on the pressure barrel into bottles?
Would the beer keep? Would it stay fresh? Would it still be carbonated? Would it eliminate sediment?
