I'm looking to brew a barleywine for Christmas, and was thinking about the following.

7 lbs. Pale two-row
1 lb. Vienna
8 oz. Brown malt
8 oz. Rye malt
16 oz. Piloncillo (Mexican brown sugar)
Hops
1 oz. Glacier, FWH
1 oz. Glacier, 60 min.
0.5 oz. Falconer's Flight, 20 min.
0.5 oz. Falconer's Flight, 15 min.
0.5 oz. Falconer's Flight, 10 min.
0.5 oz. Falconer's Flight, 5 min.
Yeast Probably S-04. Maybe S-33.
OG 1104, FG 1026, SRM 13, IBU 69
