so here is what i have started for my first designed beer.

3 gallon partial mash american barleywine
O.G=1.099 F.G.=1.025 ABV=9.69
109.7 IBU's 13.5 SRM

5.0 lbs 2-row
3.3 lbs breiss light liquid extract
1.0 lbs victory
0.5 caramel 60

3 oz cluster @ 60 min.
1 oz centennial @ 20 min.
1 oz amarillo @ 20 min.
1/2 oz centennial @ 5 min.
1/2 oz amarillo @ 5 min.
1 oz centennial @ dry hop
1 oz amarillo dry hop

pitch on nottingham yeast cake from pale ale

any help would be appriciated.

Looks pretty tasty to me. I would suggest giving the beer some time to age in secondary before dry hopping, then dry hop a week or two before you want to bottle. That way the beer will have time to age, and you'll still have a nice fresh hoppy aroma when it is bottled.
