I have a bw in a seconday with oak chips, it has been there for a month, I'm thinking of taking it off the chips in a couple of weeks. Since I would have to rack it anyway, could I put in a keg? IF so, here are some questions;

1) carb and room temp. age?
2) seal the lid, no carbing, and age?
3) age it at a low temperature, carb or not carbed? I have heard it is a good idea to age a HG ale at low temperatures.

I age barleywines in kegs at cellar temperatures. I don't carbonate, just seal the lid.
