I'm planning a Baltic Porter, and I don't have any experience brewing them so I'd love some feedback.

Here's the recipe so far:
Batch size: 5 Gal.

Grain Bill:
11 lbs. English two-row 77%
1 lbs. Vienna Malt 6%
1 lbs. Crystal 60L 6%
1 lbs. Crystal 120L 6%
3/8 lbs. Smoked Malt 2.2%
1/4 lbs. Black Patent 2%

Hops:
2.25 oz Willamette @ 5.2 AAU - 60 mins
1. oz Fuggle @ 4.7 AAU - 30 mins

Wyeast Irish ale yeast

IBU 46.9
SRM 27
O.G at 70% brewhouse efficiency = 1.076

I know traditional baltic porters use lagering yeast but I don't have lagering conditions so i'm going to have o settle with an irish ale yeast.
any feedback is greatly appreciated!

IBU's should be between 20 and 40 for a Baltic porter. All your other numbers should be good assuming a 75% efficiency. Never had it with an Irish Ale yeast. I've had good luck with the Wyeast American Ale (1056 I think).
