Sometimes I read a post about someone that stopped homebrewing for X years and is taking it on again. That's not me... I brewed a 130 gallons in 10 batches all-grain in the last 12 months with my brew budy.
But I've been away from HBT, no new brewing books... generally just coasting on the knowedge of the previous 70-somthing batches.
Just wanted to say that I've got a sack of base malt, a dozen packets of yeast, took inventory of the hops in the freezer (9# that are unopened! *hoarder*).... and I've got 2 recipies tee'd up in BeerSmith.
I think I've been putting a lot of my creative energies into music instead of brewing. I just been brewing for sustance.
