Baby Food- Experimental Brew

So I have two almost full boxes of Gerber Baby Oatmeal and Mixed Grains that won't get eaten, about two pounds. I also have a couple of cans of pumpkin, honey, and various brewing grains.
I want to do a small batch with theses things using minimal barley malt. How much barley may be necessary to convert the baby food and pumpkin?

I've read (read: glossed over, because it's largely irrelevant to most brewing) about ways to calculate diastatic power, but from what I gestalt, with modern highly modified malts, it doesn't take much base malt to convert most adjuncts. If you're wanting to be conservative, perhaps use some 6-row barley (which has more enzymatic power than 2-row).

Yea, I figured too that with so much adjunct I can just under go an extended, possibly overnight mash. It will be a one off brew anyway.

Good point starman. It will be mostly baby grains and pumpkin. I'll need tons of rice hulls.
