Even though she already puts up with enough thanks to my brewing hobby, SWMBO just bought me a brand new 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain smoker for my birthday. I'm really excited to break it in. I'm worried I'm going to have the same issue that I have with brewing though - what to smoke next? Shoulders, ABTs, moink balls, bacon, chicken, ribs...
