Looks like roughly $25 fedex ground depending on the exact size box it fits in. It is 2 chillers but the way it works is you put one in an ice bath and the other is the standard wort chiller. It gets your water much cooler than the ground temp during the summer to chill faster. The pre chiller is something like this although I don't recall the exact model
