It's a pretty heavily debated topic on the forum, so everyone will answer it differently. Personally, I would only move to secondary if I'm going to bulk age it for many months, and after fermentation was basically complete. And I would never move it to bottles until I was 100% sure fermentation was done. Since you cleared your first post, I don't remember what the gravity readings are at now.
What was the starting gravity and the current gravity?
What temps did you mash it at?
What temps has it been fermenting at?
