I'm trying to build something that is a bit on the extravagant/ridiculous side. I will try to be brief here.

I am going to be running CO2 and N2 through a wall using HP lines to connect to dual body regulators. one regulator will connect to a bank of secondaries, the other to a mixer (which is a whole different problem for a different post).

CO2 will run to 4 secondaries, N2 will run to 2. both banks will then run through another wall and from there into my custom kegerator (I call it the Serverator).

I would like to hardline everything from the primaries to the secondaries to a wall bulkhead. from there I want to transition to flexible lines to go into the serverator.

Has anybody done any appearance grade hard lines? I've found these air fittings and rather slick aluminum pipe from John Guest (Air and Pneumatics | John Guest) but I am open to suggestions, ideas and even snide remarks.

Can I? Should I? Don't really care, hold my beer, gonna do it.
 
Here's a couple older pics of the serverator. I am putting it in under the stairs and will need to pull it out, hence the need for the flexible line after the wall. The lines won't be visible unless I'm changing kegs or other maintenance.

You might want to look into some automotive fuel line, the steel braded stuff with som AN fittings looks nice and will hold the pressure because fuel injectors systems are between 40-60 psi.
 
Cool fridge! Just be careful which materials connect to the aluminum if you go that route, galvanic corrosion could take place, particulate from corrosion or leaks down the road may occur. Personally I like hard piped gas lines where feasible, I just went with SS and Copper/Bronze as my runs were short.
 
@Transamguy77 I will look into those. I'm just a bit leery about them being food safe. I know it's only gas and not liquid I'm running, but... And braided SS would be pretty sweet.

@Mr. Vern yeah, I'm familiar with galvonic corrosion. It's one of the reasons why that page interested me as some of the fittings are plastic. I need to look into that reaction and refresh my memory, but doesn't that reaction occur only when a voltage is supplied through it (such as what can occur through any grounded application)? and if it is electrically isolated, it shouldn't be a problem? I'll have to look into that this weekend.
 
I'd do it out of SS if you want appearance grade hard lines. A good bender for this is usually a few hundred bucks. I suppose you can connect with compression fittings with NPT or if you have the equipment to back-purge and TIG, then I'd recommend that.

Hmm...I can fake the back purge, and I have a good TIG welder...and I can get fitting that will go from NPT to FFL for the regulators and bulkhead. I will need to brush up on my SS pipe welding though.

I've soldered SS tubing to socket weld fittings.
