ok, i followed the instructions for washing found on this site. It went very well.

The mason jars have been in the refig for one week. I brought one out and let it come to room temp. I then poured off the top liquid. Then I created a starter with DME and water. When it was cooled to 75 degrees I added it to the jar. shook it well, and poured it into a growler and airlocked it.

I had very good activity after 4 hours. I let it sit for 24 hours, then started my next brew.

I added the starter as usual. This time however after two day's I haven't seen any activity in my primary. Has anyone else had anything similar happen after washing yeast?

took mine almost two days to get started. then blew the airlock off the top. i wouldn't worry yet.
