Long time listener, first time caller. Been brewing off and on since '96. Amazed to see the progress in the industry from then until now.
Predominantly an ale guy (IPA, Nut Brown, Smoked, you name it), but I wander off into stout territory when the mood strikes (just bottled 2.5 gallons of a clone of Southern Tier's Creme Brulee Stout, but muted lactose & vanilla to smooth it out). AG batch sparger.
About to build a 2 tier brew stand out of Super Strut, a couple of 809s, and whatever else I can bolt together that won't blow/burn me up.
