well in your picture it doesn't look like a sanke, so i think maybe something like this for it? it must be threaded or something?

I've done a little more research on this and it seems they aren't really reusable by the homebrew market. Its too bad, because it would be great to take to the lake for a weekend instead of having to pack a corny and everything that goes with it.

If something smaller to take out to the lake for the weekend is what you want you can look into a ukeg, growlerworks, square keg orr any of the .5 gallon/1 gallon, 5 liter etc etc sized corny kegs with 8/16oz mini co2 canisters and and taps.
