Are my grains still good?

3 weeks ago I brewed a black IPA, but after we got don't I forgot about my left over grains,so I have a 1/2 lb of carafa 3 and 1/2 lb of midnight wheat sitting in brown paper bags. Think they'll still be good to brew another batch this weekend?

Unless they are mildewed or had some terrible smell, I'd say they will still be alright.

Yes, they are fine to use, check them for bugs or anything funky. Next time try to store them in an air tight container, some place cool, dark, and dry.
