are my cones ready

Please help total noon here. I know all the things to look for but don't wana screw up do these Zeus cones look ready???

If they seem dry and papery on the outside and not soft and damp. They should also have a hoppy smell. Those look like they have lots of yellow lupulin but may not be done yet.

I harvested some Chinook yesterday but only like 33% of the plant was ready to harvest.
