I have had my first batch aging about 3 months jn a primary Carboy. Should I bottle and age further or just continue to bulk age? Any experience with quality one way or the other? Thanks!
I bulk age mine, but I keg it too. I usually ferment for ten weeks or so then carb in a keg for three before I will pull a pint. That is how I did my first batch and it was good so that's what I am sticking with.
