Hi

I made a cider using Nottingham

OG = 1.068
FG = 1.012

It sat at the final gravity for 3 days without moving. Now I'm reading that I'm going to get bottle bombs. Am I ok? Or not?
 
I think you should be fine. Might be stuck, who knows. Just give it a swirl around to suspend the yeast and see what happens. You could always bottle pasteurise?
