ok, edworts wonderful apfelwein recipe calls for 2 lb of dextrose. How many cups is that? I've got plenty, but not sure about the conversion....

IF you plan to do much brewing, you need a good kitchen scale. for grain weighing, for hop weighing, for priming sugar, etc...
