Just made a few different batches of cider/wine thingy today. I'm super excited about the potential for this stuff. I made 1g. of Hard Apple Cider, 1g. of Hard Apple-Cranberry Cider, and 1/2g. of Hard Fruitwine Thingy. Here are the recipes that I used:

Recipe #1
Apple Cider(Apfelwein)
1g. Apple Cider from local farm(2010 Harvest)
2c. of Organic Cane Sugar
1/2c. Boiled Raisin Puree
1/3 pack Red Star Champagne Yeast
O.G. 1.083

Recipe #2
Apple-Cranberry Cider
1g. Motts Apple Juice(most of a gallon)
1 can of Cranberry Juice Coctail from concentrate(frozen)
2c. Organic Cane Sugar
1/2c. Boiled Raisin Puree
1/3 pack Red Star Champagne Yeast
O.G. 1.094

Recipe #3
Fruitwine Thingy
1/4g. Motts Apple Juice
1/4g. Spiced Cranberry-Cherry Juice
1c. Organic Cane Sugar
1/4c. Boiled Raisin Puree
1/3 pack Red Star Champagne Yeast

If you have any thoughts, questions, or suggestions about this PLEASE fell free to share them!!!! Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!

They all sound tasty... my only tip is patience...
All of my cider has tasted gross until a full 6 months after brewday.

Thanks for the tip! I haven't even looked at them for a while. I WAS wondering how they were doing, but I'll just leave them be. Cheers!!!

Long legs means more room for beer!
